I Am Still Alive

Hey Everyone,

I haven't done much with Behold The Cheese over the past couple of weeks. I've got a few good reasons, though. First, I'm still learning the correct way to build a website. Second, I've taken a vacation from cartooning to doodle, collect some ideas, and purchase new equipment. Most of the cartoons that I drew this summer (which are currently absent from beholdthecheese.com) were created on dinner tables with only a single pen. I've converted some paychecks from my engineering internship this summer into a folding drawing table (with a good, hard surface that props up at an ergonomic angle) and a set of pens by Copic. I'll post some pictures of my new tools once they come in the mail.

I may have to keep you waiting just a little bit longer before I can pen some new cartoons, but I hope my hiatus will give me some time to produce quality work for you to see. And with some brand new pens and a desk exclusively for drawing, I've got some big ideas for where Behold The Cheese goes next.

Stay tuned!

Preview Page!

Hello Friends,

I know the main page still looks a little lackluster, but for now I figure that's all right. After all, this website will host my cartoons, which are always in black and white anyway. There is exciting news for all of you who want to see the cartoons I've recently drawn: I've added the Preview page. At the time of this post, the page contains a cartoon I made starring the Batman.

I've been working on organization and folders for the website and so far things are looking good. Things may not look much different on the surface, but they are now nice and clean underneath!

I should be able to host all of my cartoons soon.

Hey Everybody!

Welcome to Fromage, the BeholdTheCheese.com blog. I'm the owner of the website, and I will be updating this blog as I ready the official site for launch. You can see I still have a lot of work to do!

Please check back periodically to see how things are coming along.
